Sales Engineer – Pre-Sales / Solutions Engineering
As a Sales Engineer, you will be the primary technical liaison in the sales cycle. You’ll partner closely with Regional Sales Managers and Customer Success Managers to understand customer requirements, design proofs-of-concept, lead technical demos, and ensure smooth handoffs into implementation and post-sales phases. You’ll act as both a domain expert and trusted advisor to prospects evaluating how Spur fits into their security stack.
As a Regional Sales Manager on the Spur team, you will be responsible for driving enterprise-level sales across the Eastern region. You will engage with high-impact accounts (e.g. fintech, marketplaces, platforms, SaaS vendors) that require robust detection of anonymization infrastructure (VPNs, proxies, bots). You’ll be the face of Spur in your territory — creating a pipeline, closing large deals, collaborating with technical teams, and expanding relationships over time.

Spur is seeking a seasoned, well-rounded, DevOps engineer to work on customer facing integrations involving Spur’s API and data feeds. Successful candidate will work on customer-facing integrations between Spur’s IP enrichment platform and popular security tools. Spur provides high-speed APIs and data feeds that help customers identify VPNs, proxies, and anonymized traffic. This role focuses on building and maintaining integrations with third-party platforms to make Spur’s data easily accessible across customer environments.
We’re looking for a proactive, customer-centric Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our growing CSM team at Spur, a fast-paced SaaS cybersecurity company. In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for customers post-sale, ensuring they achieve their goals using our platform. You will manage the entire customer lifecycle—from onboarding and adoption, through renewal and expansion.
